Geomorphology. Remote sensing. Environmental change. Cyberinfrastructure.

G. Burch Fisher

I'm an earth systems scientist studying how climate, tectonics, organisms, and human activity shape environments, from zebrafish retinas to the Himalaya. My work combines remote sensing, geochemistry, and computational tools, alongside efforts to build institutional capability in high-performance computing, AI, open science, and data visualization.
